Part 1, at Manila, Sec. Dulles and other delegates sign a pact against aggression in Southeast Asia. Part 2, Korean war dead are loaded on trucks and trains by UN grave registration teams. Wreathes are placed on the trains at Seoul. Gen. Taylor is shown. Part 3, Gen. De Castries is released from a prison in Indo-China. U.S. ships evacuate anti-Communist refugees from Haiphong to Saigon. Part 4, shows, the wreckage of a Dutch plane near Shannon Airport, Ireland, and the survivors in New York City. Part 5, lumberjacks compete in ax throwing and pole climbing contests at Fort Bragg, Cal. Part 6, a dancing competition is held at Madison Square Garden.
